Listing your evidence
People describe their evidence instead of attaching it, and a described document is not a document. The whole skill here is turning what you know into something a stranger can check in seconds.
What actually counts

How to label it
One line per item, each starting with a date. A reader should be able to follow the sequence without cross referencing anything. If an item needs a paragraph of explanation to be understood, it is not evidence, it is an argument wearing an attachment.
I have all the messages showing they kept promising and then went quiet, plus I noted down all the dates at the time and the listing definitely said fourteen days when I ordered, they have edited it since.
2 May, order placed. 11 May, their message saying it would go out that week, in the thread above. 16 May, window closed. 16 May, my message asking, in the thread above, no reply since.

The weak one describes four pieces of evidence and attaches none. The strong one is a dated sequence where every item points at something already in the record, plus one quotation that was captured at the time rather than recalled now. The second one can be checked without asking you anything.
Where the notes come in
This is the page that pays back keeping notes. Without them, everything above becomes a paragraph beginning with the word roughly, and roughly is where cases go to die.
Why screenshots carry so little
They cannot be verified and they are trivial to produce. That is not a comment on your honesty, it is a fact about the format, and anybody who rules on these regularly has seen enough of them to weight them accordingly. Anything already inside the system, such as the message thread, beats a picture of anything.
The order to put them in
Chronological, always. A reader who can follow the sequence without jumping around forms a picture on their own, and a picture somebody assembled themselves is far more persuasive than one they were handed. Grouping by importance feels natural and makes the case harder to follow.
